1. How do I place an order?
     Call us at (301) 473-8258 or stop in and see us in person. We do not accept orders via email or fax.

2. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
    

If you would like to order something from our regular product line,  you can place your order and pick it up the same day if we have it in stock, however, giving us a days notice will insure we bake enough for you and our other customers. 

 You must place your decorated cake order 48 hours in advance, though if your order is for the weekend we recommend at least 3 days as sometimes we receive more than we can handle.

3. Can I place a large order?
     Yes, we do not have a limit as to how large an order can be, though we may require plenty of time to work out the details.

4. Do you give discounts for larger orders?
     As generous as we would like to be, unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts. Our prices are very reasonable.

5. Do you ship your products?
     Not right now, but that doesn't mean we never will in the future.

6. Do you do custom cakes?
     Yes. You may want to come in and look at our cake books, or even speak with a clerk or decorator to see what they can and cannot do. Due to copyright laws we
are unable to reproduce any material that is trademarked, copyrighted, or rights reserved.
We welcome any ideas or suggestions you may have, we love getting creative!!!!

7. Do you do wedding cakes?
    

Yes, as well as free tasting and consultations by appointment. Come look through our wedding cake book, or bring in a picture of something you like.

8. I have an allergy to nuts. Is there anything I can get that doesn't have nuts in it?
     There are many things you can get without nuts, but we must advise you that everything we make is made in the same work area as products that have nuts in
them. Though we try our best to be careful, the kitchen workspace is small and we can't guarantee that any one product has not had contact with a nut product.

9. Do you have gift certificates?
     Yes, for any amount or product value you need.

10. How do I pay for my order?
     We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

11. Do you deliver?
    

We deliver wedding cakes serving over 100 people, within 15 miles of our bakery.

For large orders of baked goods, call us and see if we can work something out.

12. Can you do special orders?
     We consider every order a "special" order, but if you mean something different from our normal products, it would depend on what it is. We will be glad to discuss it with you and hopefully we can accommodate you.

13. How far in advance should I order my wedding cake?
    

Usually most orders are finalized 3-4 months in advance but can be done prior to that if you prefer.  All orders must be finalized at least one month before with the balance due at that time.

Since we are a small bakery, we are limited on how many wedding cakes we can do per week. You really need to book early to reserve your date.

14. Do I need to do anything special to reserve my wedding cake?
     Yes, at the time your reservation is made, you will need to leave a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

15. Can I have different batters in my wedding cake?
    

Certainly!  Each tier can have a different batter and filling combination.  We find however, that the majority of couples do choose one flavor for the entire cake, only because it eliminates guests not getting their flavor preference.

16. Is an appointment really necessary for a wedding consultation?
     YES!!! We set up appointments for when the bakery tends to be less busy. If you have ever been here on weekend mornings, you know how hectic it can be.
